Peter is the founder of Able Construction and a design-minded builder with over 30 years of experience creating thoughtfully crafted homes across Fairfield County.
A long-time collaborator with Grant Lyons, Peter is a co-founder of Westport Renovations, where he brings deep construction expertise and a refined eye to the transformation of 1950s split-level homes into modern, mid-century-inspired sanctuaries.

Grant is focused on transforming 1950s split-level homes into modern, mid-century-inspired sanctuaries.
The vision emphasizes restraint, proportion, and connection to the landscape. Projects are designed as cohesive environments, often combining a thoughtfully reworked home with a barn, garden, and small pool to create a calm, intentional way of living.
A former New York City resident now based in Connecticut, Grant designs each project as a creative collaboration and imagines the end result as a home he would want to live in himself. He is also a Connecticut Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
